2008 Autodesk Visuliation Design Competition
All FIRST teams are invited to create a 30 second animation submission for the AutoDesk Visualization Design Competition using 3ds Max software, a full-featured 3D graphics application, that was donated by AutoDesk. Teams are challenged to design an animation that best demonstrates the concept of the theme, showcases creativity and technical execution. Geoff led our animation team, with some help from Kenny, Haley, and Nick.

Our protagonist lives in our very stressful world. Modern distractions plague his everyday life.

As people realize the usefulness of this fantastic new "chill dome", the prototype is enlarged to support growing demand.

He enters the dome and rids himself of technological distractions.

Free of his cell phone and other stressors, he frolics as free as a bird.

We get a birds-eye tour of the dome.
He leaves the dome, refreshed and renewed as a new person. He feels better about himself and his life as he helps his community's cleanliness problem. Click on picture above, to view the animation.
